We would like to suggest our smoked whole hog for your special occasions and events. We will smoke our hogs just as we do when competing on the Memphis – In – May barbecue circuit. Our world famous and award winning smoked whole hogs range from 45 to 125 pounds.

Customer satisfaction is the most important element of our catering service. We take great pride arriving early to your event to set up your buffet style BBQ.

We travel the entire State of New Mexico serving its now famous ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and chicken, as well as Whole Hog specialties such as the Loaded Baked Potato, Smoked Sausage, and the ever-popular Whole Hog Cafe Potato Salad. We feature 7 exceptional sauces to complement our pecan smoked meats. We look forward to serving our famous bbq to your special guests. (Delivery only may also be scheduled for a small fee.)
